YouTube
YouTube has a substantial and varied amount of free exercise videos for all sorts of workouts. There is a lot, so finding the workout videos appropriate for your may take a bit of time, so figuring out a list of resources in advance is useful.
Membership Sites
There are membership sites for everything. The difference between free YouTube videos and a Membership site, is that the membership site is with a particular person or company. It may be easier to find workouts as they may be organised into categories of time and/or intensity. It is often easier to get started with a membership because it is organised.
Online Short Courses
You may feel it’s a great time to work on a specific niggle or area that needs attention. Perhaps foot movement or wrist strength. With a short course. There is specificity in the videos delivered, you may feel that you are still working towards your goals, just in a different and foundational way.
