A low intensity class designed to improve your energy levels to help you feel like yourself again!

During the menopause, exercising regularly can be a challenge due to fluctuating energy levels.

This class can be attended regardless of how you feel as you work at your own pace, with the intension of feeling energised when you leave not exhausted!
